The short version
Creature Cup is a kids' app. We do not collect, store, or sell any personal information about you or your child. No sign-up, no accounts, no tracking.
What we don't collect
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or birthdays
- Location data of any kind
- Photos, contacts, microphone, or camera data
- Behavioral advertising or tracking identifiers
- Device identifiers used for cross-app tracking
What the app does send to our servers
When you tap a "Listen" button, the text of the battle narration is sent to our text-to-speech provider so it can be read out loud. The narration text contains animal names and battle facts only — never anything personal about you.
Standard server logs (request time, error reports) may be kept for short periods to keep the app running smoothly. These do not identify you.
Children's privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)
Creature Cup is designed for children ages 5–10. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app contains no third-party advertising, no in-app purchases, no social features, and no external links accessible without an adult.
Third parties
We use ElevenLabs to power the "Listen" voice narration. They process the narration text only at the moment you tap Listen. We use no advertising networks and no analytics providers.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change what data the app handles, we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
